All packages ship from our location in Melbourne, FL USA and are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Express. We ship packages every Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Options, Time Frames, & Costs

Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and transit to carrier. Orders are normally processed in 1-3 business days. Delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Please be advised that carrier transit times do not include processing times, weekends, or holidays.

Standard: 5-7 business days – $7.99 for orders under $100.00 & $0.00 for orders over $100.00

Priority Mail: 1-3 business days – $11.99

Priority Express: 1-2 business days – $44.99

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact your carrier for further questions. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a police report with your local law enforcement.

Every shipping method used by Blue Magnolia Boutique includes shipping liability from the carrier; Blue Magnolia Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave our studio. Please be advised that you must keep ALL packaging, labels, and contents for your damaged package until your claim has been resolved. Failure to do so will result in your claim being denied. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for products that were shipped to an invalid or incorrect mailing address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked unclaimed, return to sender, or not deliverable, or any other reason by the carrier, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout. Your order will be refunded to the original payment method minus all shipping charges and an $8 undeliverable fee. Shipping will not be refunded on any invalid or incorrect address returns, RTS, or any other marked reason. Please place a new order with the correct information if you would like your order resent.


 

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered, the carrier considers it complete.

If your package is delayed, lost, or scanned as delivered but not received:

  1. Check the address on your order confirmation

  2. Look around your porch, mailbox, or with neighbors

  3. Contact your local USPS/UPS/FedEx office

  4. Notify us

We will assist in starting a carrier investigation, but we cannot replace items lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.



Rush Orders

If you need an order sooner, please reach out before purchasing. We do our best to accommodate deadlines when possible, but rush requests cannot be guaranteed during busy seasons.


Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes several items, they may ship together or separately depending on processing times and packaging requirements.
